Clouds defeat Sun

Weather dramatically changed today here in my city and I was quick to cash it. Dark clouds surrounded the city and we felt quite relieved from the scorching heat. I was up to my favorite task, rode my bike for a long drive.

Nature displayed its different shades, I tried to captured few of those.

Clouds are building up in my city, Clicked it in the morning. A place, from where I love watching rains

ओ मेघा !

अलग सी प्रतीक्षा, अलग सा समां है

है आने को मेघा, सभी हर्षित यहाँ हैं

ओ मेघा!

इस बार मेरे छत के ऊपर

तुम आकर केवल मत मंडराना

जो दूर से आये हो तुम लेकर

उस जल को हम पर बरसाना

सूखी जमीं है, सूखा है तन

पीले पड़े पत्ते, रूखा है मन

ओ मेघा!

इस बार तुम अपनी भीषण गर्जन से

तुम हमे केवल मत डरना

जो दूर से आये हो तुम लेकर

उस जल को हम पर बरसाना

नदियां भी प्यासी, कुँए हैं प्यासे

बूंदों को तरसते, हम भी ज़रा से

ओ मेघा !

इस बार अपनी बिजली की चकाचौंध से

तुम आतिशबाज़ी केवल मत कर जाना

जो दूर से आये हो तुम लेकर

उस जल को हम पर बरसाना
